1. Scope of Terms

These Terms of Service govern the use of CalmStride website and all related services and products.

2. Services

CalmStride provides mindful routines course sessions, including group workshops and individual coaching. Upon booking, full payment is due. If you request a refund within 7 days of purchase and no sessions have started, CalmStride will issue a full refund to the original payment method. For one-on-one coaching booked less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, refunds are not available due to preparation requirements, but sessions may be rescheduled subject to availability.

3. Digital Materials

Digital materials, such as course guides and audio recordings, are available after purchase. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have not accessed more than 30% of the content. Once access exceeds this threshold or you download all materials, no refund will be granted.

4. Physical Goods

For physical items purchased from CalmStride, defective products may be interactiond or refunded within 30 days of shipment acknowledgment. Please ship the item back with proof of purchase. CalmStride will inspect the item and process a refund or replacement within 10 days of receipt.

5. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

• All refunds will be processed via your original payment method.
• Requests must be submitted through our contact form within the specified periods above.
• In lieu of a refund, you may opt to transfer your session or product credit to another date or person, subject to availability.
• If a service is explicitly non-refundable, such as specialized coaching sessions requiring dedicated preparation, CalmStride will notify you before purchase.

7. Amendments
